Play Therapy
Play Therapy is a developmentally appropriate approach that helps children express their thoughts, feelings, and experiences through play, which is often their natural way of communicating. Through activities such as games, art, storytelling, and imaginative play, children can work through challenges, build coping skills, and develop healthier ways of managing emotions. Play Therapy can be helpful for anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, trauma, grief, family changes, social difficulties, low self-esteem, and other emotional or developmental challenges.
