Allay Counseling is seeking to add an experienced psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner or PA to provide outpatient services alongside our team of therapists in Rochester, Michigan. Your primary responsibility would be to provide advanced psychiatric evaluations to our patients seeking psychiatric treatment at our facility. Duties include but are not limited to creating outpatient care plans that support the psychiatric needs of clients, administering medications observing the patient's response to such treatments, and occasionally administering diagnostic tests.
It is important to our practice that clinicians and team members feel supported by our work environment to provide the best possible care to our patients. Our job as a practice is to innovate and perform in ways that enable our staff to focus on their core job function, resulting in the best care possible for clients and a reduced administrative burden on providers. We are seeking a nurse practitioner who can effectively communicate, collaborate, and consult with our clinicians to add value and support to the services we provide.
Allay Counseling is an outpatient mental health practice with an interdisciplinary team of therapists holding a wide range of specializations. We thrive on our patient-first care model, personalized treatments, internal support, and positive relationships with patients as we serve our local community.
