Motivational Interviewing
Motivational Interviewing is a collaborative and supportive approach to therapy that helps people explore their goals, values, and readiness for change. Rather than telling you what to do, your therapist helps you work through mixed feelings, build confidence, and discover your own reasons for making meaningful changes. This approach can be especially helpful for substance use and addiction, health and lifestyle changes, anxiety, low motivation, relationship concerns, and anyone who feels stuck or uncertain about the next steps in their life.
