Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a gentle, compassionate approach to therapy that helps people understand the different "parts" of themselves that influence their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. For example, one part of you may want to avoid conflict, while another longs to be heard or understood. IFS helps you explore these parts without judgment, understand where they come from, and heal the wounds that may be driving them. This approach can be helpful for anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, and feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you.
