Gestalt Therapy
Gestalt therapy is an experiential, present-focused approach to counseling that helps you become more aware of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in the moment. Rather than dwelling on the past, it invites you to explore what's happening right now — including the patterns and habits that may be quietly holding you back. Through conversation and hands-on exercises, you'll develop a deeper understanding of yourself and how you relate to the world around you. Gestalt therapy can be helpful for anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, unresolved emotional pain, and feelings of being stuck or disconnected from yourself.
