Exposure Therapy

Exposure Therapy is a gentle, step-by-step approach that helps people face fears and situations they may have been avoiding in a safe and supportive environment. Over time, this process can reduce anxiety and build confidence by teaching the brain that feared situations are often more manageable than they seem. Exposure Therapy can be helpful for anxiety disorders, phobias, panic attacks, social anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and other challenges that involve fear, avoidance, or intrusive thoughts.
