Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT is a practical, goal-oriented approach to therapy that helps people understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence one another. Sometimes we develop patterns of thinking that can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or discouraged. CBT helps identify these patterns and teaches healthy, effective ways to challenge unhelpful thoughts and respond differently. CBT can be helpful for a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, trauma-related symptoms, and life transitions.
